Design is a really fun bit of marketing, and there are plenty of really good creatives out there. But I have lost count of how many cannot deliver great design with great service. They’re the ones we work with once. Service is an overused term. The team at Reform has survived awkward briefs, unrealistic deadlines, (really) late amends, and even fire to deliver a genuine service that makes all the difference to their strong, effective creative offer. They don’t switch on the Mac until they understand the brief and us as a client and that adds real value, as does the number of design solutions they often present. They don’t do everything we ask without question, which is good because we don’t have all the answers. Instead Reform offers clear, insightful advice that makes our branding and marketing better. Let’s be clear, I’m not recommending them as a just safe pair of hands. I’m sure as a creative studio, they’d hate that. I’m saying that Reform don’t just come up with great design work, they produce work that delivers to our objectives in a professionally managed way that drives our projects forward.
