Reforming the Written Word 20 November 2008
Reform have been tasked, following a credentials presentation, to re-brand Commonword, Cultureword and Crocus Books. These three organisations will be branded as a group. Reform will produce a device that will link the three together, however, still retaining their individual values.
Commonword is a writing and publishing organisation that serves creative writers and readers from all kinds of communities in the Northwest. They provide the facilities for people to develop their writing and Commonword's activities act as a point of focus for many writers seeking encouragement and confidence.
Cultureword promotes, supports and encourages Asian, African-Caribbean and Chinese writers in print and performance.
Crocus Books is the publishing imprint of Commonword and Cultureword. These publications reflect the diverse talents of Northwest writers.
Reform will produce, in phase one, the branding along with a comprehensive brand guideline document, stationery, exhibition display and corporate brochure. Phase two will see the launch of a new website.
The new brand is planned to go live at the end of May 2009.
