After
a three way creative pitch Reform Creative have been tasked with two
projects from Chester and Cheshire Conference Bureau formally, named
Chester and Cheshire Conference Desk after a merger with Visit Chester.
Initially, Reform will be producing all print and on-line material
surrounding the Bureau’s annual exhibition Venue 07. Reform
has also been asked to re-name the exhibition in order to breathe
new life into and generate
interest in the show.
Venue 07 is a regional showcase of conference venues and suppliers based
in the Chester & Cheshire region. The show is a one-day event at
Tatton Park and last year attracted 200 conference and event buyers through
the
door.
Chester & Cheshire was the first destination in the UK to put on
this kind of event on site – Manchester have always done a similar
activity in London – however, now many other UK destinations do
something similar.
Reform will be also working with the Bureau on their new initiative,
Cheshire on Tour. Cheshire on Tour will see the destination taking a
maximum of
20 partners / venues to Leeds and the Midlands to two evening showcase
events.
The events take place on the 20th and 21st November 2007 and the venues
have been carefully selected for their exclusivity - Hazelwood Castle
in Leeds and The Old Library in Birmingham.
The aim of these events is to attract between 80-100 corporate buyers
to an evening of canapés, wine, entertainment and a presentation
and mini exhibition. Each buyer will be made to feel like a VIP from
the minute
his or her invite arrives and so the quality of the design and print
will reflect this.
Katy Robinson, Conference Bureau Manager, comments
“We
have worked with Reform Creative in the past and have been extremely
impressed
with
the quality of work delivered every time. For Venue 07 and Cheshire on
Tour programmes we were looking for innovative ways of attracting people
to both events. Reform never fails to deliver something different to
the norm. They demonstrated an excellent past track record of obtaining
results
through effective design.”
